SHIFT PATCH RELEASE DATE - UPDATE - PS3 Patch is live

Following on from our earlier announcement about the upcoming expansion pack we wanted to give you some very important details about the upcoming patch... the release date.

 

PlayStation 3 - NOVEMBER 23RD

Xbox 360 - DECEMBER 1ST

PC - DECEMBER 1st

 

Console owners will be prompted to download the patch when you start SHIFT on the release date. PC gamers will be able to download the patch from our Downloads page. his release date is pretty solid at this point and we don't expect it change. la mise à jour s'est faite automatiquement. Mais celà n'a rien changé au jeu...pas de nouvelles voitures non plus...est-ce normal? Merci pour votre réponse.

I did the patch but doesnt seem like they fixed anything but the control of the cars when it goes of the track.

It's 5 after 10 on the morning of the patch release for the PS3.

It's still not here.

I was half expecting it to go live at midnight or at least 3 am in NY but no luck.

Why the hold up?

What or who are we waiting for?

I really hope this fixes the problems, as there were a LOT of them.

I wonder if it will fix tier 4 issue with the manufacture race, I raced in all of these and placed 1st, then when I go back into them it says on the nissian and BMW race that I did not race these but when you look at the podium I placed 1st.

This is a bug and should be fixed.

Does anyone notice this shift bug? Everytime when i shift gear I can see the gear stick moves first and then my hand touch it It is strange or all the cars are autobot... I dont know this bug is noticed and fixed or not this time

YEAH!! Guys, you're doing things right. If this patch solve the most part of the bugs detected it may be the best driving game in this generation. Say goodbye to Forza and embrace the new king of driving simulation.

i agree with zozzoo888. Many russian people call me with some problem and everyone wanna have a mirrorable vinyls (i; mean, u make vinyl on left side and can copy it on right side) Becoz it's stuped and hard work make same sides of the car with out it :(((

Thank you for the update on the patch. I do enjoy Shift and have worked around some of the problems. I do wish the Lvels had not been arbitrarily cut at 50 as I have over 1.5 milion points and 950+ stars. i look foward to doing events I wasn't able to because of the glitches.
