Exclusive to SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED, Standing Mile is a lot like Drag racing except for one very big difference; in a Standing Mile the objective speed not time. Your goal in Standing Mile is to reach the highest possible speed at the end of one mile. The driver with the fastest speed wins the race.

This means that you're going to have to tune your cars much differently then you would for a drag race. You're going to have to find that very fine balance between acceleration and top speed because in the end, one mile isn't that long when you're going over 250 MPH.

The Standing Mile rival is Marc “Koz” Kozeluh who is one of the builders of the car he'll be driving, the Dodge Viper TWINS TURBO. Beat him and you'll be rewarded with his car!

Driver: Marc “Koz” Kozeluh

Famous for the cars he fabricates, Marc “Koz” Kozeluh is one of the Twin brothers that owns Twins Turbo motorsports. In Shift 2 UNLEASHED he will be driving one of his latest creations a turbocharged 97 Dodge Viper that makes approximately 2000 horse power.

While best know for his fabrication and car building skills, Koz has also built and campaigned a pro front wheel drive race car as well as taken several high performance driving classes.

With its gleaming black paint augmented by red flames, the Twins Turbo Dodge Viper is a one-of-a-kind vehicle. Making its debut at SEMA 2010, this Viper – built off the frame of a 1997 model – is quite possibly the meanest-looking custom edition ever made, and it’s street legal too.

Before you try to take on Koz, you better take some time to perfect your tuning skills and create the best Standing Mile car you can because it will be very difficult to beat Koz and his Dodge Viper Twins Turbo.
