What is the Need for Speed World Starter Pack?

For the past few weeks we’ve been on tour giving media a sneak peak at Need for Speed World.  By now, you may have read some of the preview articles from the gaming media such as IGN.com’s Preview of Need for Speed World.  If you’ve seen the previews you’ll no doubt have questions about the Need for Speed World Starter Pack. 

Need for Speed World is a free-to-play game.  After downloading and installing the game, you’ll be able to play the game for as long as you want without having to spend any money unless you choose to do so.  With the Starter Pack you will receive:

- $20 worth of SpeedBoost
- A free car (saves you 25,000 of in-game cash that you could spend on Performance upgrades)
- Bundle of Power Ups
- Network Priority status

The Starter Pack is now availabel for purchase and costs $20 (USD). Please keep checking the Need for Speed World website for further announcements regarding the Starter Pack and the launch of Need for Speed World.

why are you now coming up with the message at startup we give piroity to them that have a starter pack. i thought this game was f2p ? as it is we carnt get a car that is as good as the ones that can afford to buy boost , but sadly not everyone is working and can not afford to buy it so when this game said f2p it was great i dont have a problem with the game just the way you guys run it some of us have spent hours and hours grinding the in game money to get t1 t2 t3 cars only to find we can never be as good as the ones with boost and now another smack in the teeth we get this message saying we have to buy a starter pack or we wont get into the game well thanks alot guys nice1 .dont you realy think that if we could afford to buy this we would have a long time ago . so much for f2p !!!!!

It's funny how people complain .its free dam it give them 20 for the time and effort to give you a free game ill take the first step and say thanks ea for give us greedy people a free product.
