Standing Mile | One last rival...

Exclusive to SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED, Standing Mile is a lot like Drag racing except for one very big difference; in a Standing Mile the objective is speed not time.  Your goal in Standing Mile is to reach the highest possible speed at the end of one mile.  The driver with the fastest speed wins the race.

This means that you're going to have to tune your cars much differently than you would for a drag race.  You're going to have to find that very fine balance between acceleration and top speed because in the end, one mile isn't that long when you're going over 250 MPH.

The Standing Mile rival is Marc “Koz” Kozeluh who is one of the builders of the car he'll be driving, the Dodge Viper TWINS TURBO.  Beat him and you'll be rewarded with his car!

I know that I said this some times but... LOOK for brazillian tracks and cars! You will find some awesome things
We had the Puma GT and GTB S2, Chevy Opala SS, Dodge Charger and Dart, Ford Maverick GT with V8 302 and Landau, Willys Interlagos and VW SP2 and Gol GTI. Now we have the Lobini H1 and Fiat Punto T-Jet.
The tracks are Interlagos, Velopark, Autodromo Internacional Nelson Piquet, Tarumã and Caruaru.

So, if I were you, I would take a look on these things.
