The PC DLC & Patch Out Now

We’ve just released the new Patch and DLC combo file for the PC version of Need for Speed SHIFT. To download the file go to the Downloads section of our site or click here. Once you've saved the file to your desktop just double-click the exe and the patch will install. There's no need to look for another file; the Patch and DLC is a single file for the PC gamers.

 

READ THIS: Some things to note before you install the patch. If you bought SHIFT through STEAM please don’t install this version as it’s compatible and will cause problems with your saved games. If you have modified your game in any way e.g. noCD crack or a physics mod you should be aware that if you update to the new patch you will likely have problems with the game and a clean install may be required to get the game working correct again. 

 

Also; the new patch will be required to race online. This decision was made to reduce the cheat tools we've seen in operation since SHIFT launched on the PC.

When the DLC for PS3 will be available depends on where you live. In North America the DLC will be available on Dec 10th. It will be available on Dec 3rd in Europe.

Who knows when will this dlc comes on ps3? Originaly the date was 3th of december, but I've just read in the download section: comming soon... :(

I have reinstalled the game, installed new patch and there is now no problem with online play :)

Been playing NFS since the very beginning. I got the pc version Road &Track Presents: The Need For Speed and then bought the whole 3DO system JUST to play it on a Big Screen TV ( early nineties lololol ). While I certainly love the series and got everyone up until UnDERCOVER - the only one I skipped because of the horrid reviews - there has always been MY version of NFS that I remember submitting a Looonnngggg time ago. NFS :Hot Pursuit 4 - CrossCountry A Race across America starting in NYC and ending in Los Angeles, CA. Each state has counties and law enforcement.\ with varying levels of enforcement including air support, 4x4 , Undercover Hwy Enforcement. The player will travel through each state in realtime and each state will take hours to get through. In all the game will take 5/6 hours to complete. Over 75 Liceneced Models available
