ONLY TWO MORE DAYS TO ENTER THE NEED FOR SPEED SWEET 16 CONTEST!

Need for Speed is celebrating 16 YEARS OF GAMING by hosting a contest with eight great prizes!  Can you believe that Need for Speed has been around for 16 years?!?

 

I can remember playing NFS Porsche Unleashed on my buddy's PC thinking "this is awesome!".  Battling the cops in Hot Pursuit, my favorite car in HP was the Corvette.  It was the best car to pull ebrakes with.  When Hot Pursuit 2 came out I had just started working for EA; I remember watching all the commercials..they were great.  There were two commercials in particular that I loved.  The one with the donuts and this one.

 

Then came Need for Speed Underground, the first Need for Speed I ever worked on.  Although I was a game tester at the time I was and still am proud to say that worked on that game.  Underground 2 was awesome, first open world NFS game (not including Motor City).  Most Wanted...what more do you need to say.  Most Wanted is probably most people's favorite Need for Speed ever!  Carbon was good times...my first game as a producer.  Pro Street was a good first attempt to going back to the simulation racing genre and Undercover was a very cool, very cinematic action racing game.  Now SHIFT...not much needs to be said about SHIFT.  It's simply a great game.  Coming up very quickly is our arcade racing title NFS NITRO for Nintendo Wii and DS.  After NITRO comes World Online.  Need for Speed has a long history and more great things to come!
