NFS Hot Lap – Week 6 Winners!

While things have recently been abuzz because of the announcement of DLC, it did not slow up the NFS Hot Lap at all! We had a great turn out yet again - 25 responses! This past week we had our first NFS Hot Lap challenge where the car and the track were not chosen by me, but they were chosen by past winners! The car and track that were chosen were the Toyota Corolla GTS and Donington GP. Some gamers were excited about the chance to race with the classic car, but for those looking for a faster car, without saying anything too revealing, I’ll give you a hint about tomorrow’s car – it’s quite a bit faster than the ’86 Corolla! This week we saw the winner emerge with a time of 1:30 and change. Needless to say he loves racing the Corolla – and it shows. He blew my time away by a solid 45 seconds. Once again, I shouldn’t be surprised about this, but somehow, each week when I get pummeled by the winner, I begin to question my video game prowess =P Haha! Check out trilegdog’s video below!

As for the most viewed video – well that goes to a familiar face – TheMix939. He racked up 335 views for his video, which was enough to push him to the top of the heap as of this morning :) Congratulations! I can’t wait to hear what track you’re going to choose for next week’s Hot Lap challenge!
