NeedforSpeed.com TAKES IT TO THE TRACK!

As the new needforspeed.com just launched earlier this month, the NFS Connected team here at EA persuaded me to come along with them and blow off some steam at the local go-kart track. I hadn’t gone in quite some time, but when I heard that these bad boys went up to 70 km/h I was like “where is my helmet, let’s get on that track!” After a boring (and at times quite hilarious) safety video, we finally got to let ‘er rip. Unfortunately I didn’t get first place – Justin had the glory of doing a final lap with the winning flag – BUT I did get yelled at a bunch of times for going too fast in zones that were marked with slow-down signs … sweet consolation!

I sat out one of the races so that I could watch and take some photos and video for you guys.
