Need for Speed The Run - Extended Gameplay Trailer

Over the past two days at E3, we've revealed two awesome trailers for Need for Speed The Run. Here's another one, this time, it's an extended, 7-minute trailer featuring actual gameplay from The Run. For a bit more information on this video, as well as some answers to your questions related to The Run, check out the EA.com live producer Q&A that we recorder yesterday with producer Justin Wiebe.

Hey you developers read this message.AND I'm also speaking for the entire community complaining and has been dying for a creative, fun and action packed racing game experience you guys are supposed to put out.A majority of the community wants customization like underground 2,they enjoyed the diverse customization options the game had to offer before and the ability to display their creation to the world of NFS and beyond,whether friendly customization competitions or just-for-fun, and they're sick of the little/no customization from the recent simulations and NFS HP which only offered car color options. Another major complaint and/or addition to the game is the free roam with or w/o cops, they just want free roam. I'll also suggest after the major races in the game when you arrive in the city or after a race in the city, you can stop at a safe house there and roam around the city and go upgrade in shops like in the city of Chicago in the trailer. If you consider this free roaming round the city option,why not add in/out car option, right? You can get out of the car when you get out of your car to pick out cars,etc.I hope you guys consider this message into your game,because the whole world is waiting on you guys to deliver.Good luck on the game too.

i hope that by the time game launches, the gameplay improves because it didn't seem to be very smooth, kind of erratic movements.

Seems like a promising new concept. I'm especially interested in the on-foot sequences, though Quick Time Events are a bit restrictive.

Is it just because that this game is not finished or is it that this is how it is going to be that when the helicopter shoots the cop car you see no bullet holes or even some sign of damage and the glass does not shatter let alone even crack ?

Yeah it's true only if the car is bullet proof, and one more thing the it's don't recive damage on bumber's and side mirror's the light's,guy come on, and i hope the drive feel be like NFS hot persuit because the driving on the video i don't like really.

Thanks for linking the extended demo trailer. This looks like it could be a lot of fun especially if you car can take actual damage, but I get the impression that this is not true and the goal is a timed event. Either way, fun is what a game is supposed to bring and I can see that from this demo.
