Today is the final lesson in the Driving 101 series. Today we're going to show you how to get a perfect launch at the beginning of every race. Perfect launches are particularly important because when you're up against 15 opponents you want to get ahead of the pack as quickly as you can.

Perfect shift does seem to make a difference. I have the accelerator and brake set to a low sensitivity done in the controller settings menu.

I agree - there doesn't seem to be much advantage to this. Maybe it's the controller - it doesn't seem to have fine-enough calibration to maintain any given RPM.
