CUSTOMIZATION COMPETITION WINNER ANNOUNCED!

Big news from Need for Speed as you take your lunch break today as the winner of our first Customization Competition has been announced.

 

 

Congratulations to MiriV, who takes home a PlayStation 3 console for his efforts on this BMW 135i. We liked his design because it was subtle, well thought-out and doesn't go overboard with wild paint or vinyls.

 

Also, the fact that the car was stopped and framed at the Tokyo track is a nice touch.

 

Congratulations MiriV and thanks to everyone who entered.

The car looks great, what kind of paint one did you use? I agree you should have taken the photo on a track from Europe at least, not in Japan becasue thats just wierd.

If you disagree that this is a cool car there's a better way to express yourself than just saying it's "S***", enter the competition and put your money where your mouth is. MiriV won the competition this time round because the car looks cool; it wasn't like a lot of entries which just had loads of vinyls added but there looked like an element of planning had gone into the car. We also liked that he'd taken time to find a good location to take the photo in.
There is a Photo Mode Competition running right now for another week and then we'll have another customisation competition running after that.

how the hell did that car win. No offence to the creator but it looks like a good effoert from a 12 yr old. there are way beter out there. it doesnt look GP friendly. the vinyls are random (cross, skull and flag) wth. but whatever floats ur boat. check my cars. am not claiming am the best but ill eat this guy in customization any day. http://www.youtube.com/user/tw ism2009
