The cars of SHIFT iPhone

With the release of Need for Speed SHIFT on iPhone last month to excellent reviews, we thought we'd turn out some nice shots of the cars from the game so people who haven't seen just how beautifully-detailed these cars are, especially for a handheld system.

 

Why not kick things off with the car that is second to none - except possibly the Audi R8 pictured above - the Aston Martin DBR9.

 

 

Next, we move on to the BMW M3 GT2.

 

 

Moving along we find the Dodge Challenger Concept.

 

 

After the Challenger, we get into one of my favorite cars, the Ford GT.

 

 

The Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 is a beautiful car both in SHIFT and on the streets.

 

 

Another Lamborghini, the Gallardo LP560-4, also makes its mark in SHIFT iPhone.

 

 

Moving on to the rotary-powered buzzsaw Mazda RX-8.

 

 

Making its return from SHIFT on console and PC is the Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG.

 

 

Re-designed for 2010, the Shelby GT500 is one of the most beautiful (and powerful) American cars on the road today.

 

 

An object of desire for many North Americans who go to great lengths to import them from overseas, the Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 is next up.

 

 

No racing game would be complete without some iteration of the Pagani Zonda. SHIFT iPhone has the Zonda F.

 

 

Next up we have the Porsche 997 GT2. Nice.

 

 

And wrapping up our car shots is the Subaru WRX STI.
