In 2006, the second generation of the Audi TT was released as a 2007 model and it continued to build on its tradition of building sporty hatchbacks with the 3.2 quattro.
The quattro’s V6 engine grinds out 247 horsepower to go along with 4-wheel drive and the dual-clutch Direct-Shift-Gearbox found in many Volkswagen models that Audi re-named the ‘S tronic’ for its own purposes.
One unique feature to the ’07 TT is a pop-up rear spoiler that can be controlled with the push of a button on the dashboard or automatically deploys when the driver hits 120 km/h.
Also available as a convertible, the second-generation TT keeps the curvy figure of its predecessor but adds performance. Take one for a spin in SHIFT, or NITRO, which drops November 3.
