A brief history of Speed

In keeping with our history here at Need for Speed, we've created a timeline that shows every NFS title from 1994's Need for Speed right up to World Online, which will be released in 2010. The timeline will be updated regularly with news about the series going forward, so add it to your bookmarks if you want to stay up-to-date.

 

Each title along the line has some interesting snippets of information about its features, gameplay, and development - you might learn something new about the only racing series on the planet to sell 100,000,000 copies.

Big mistake in the Most Wanted description. "Most Wanted continued on the outstanding sales of Undercover and Undercover 2, selling more than 16 million copies worldwide." Undercover 1 and 2? Yikes. And yes, I read all the descriptions even though I knew 95% of it already :P I just love this series
