Important Update to SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED Servers
Please be aware that the team will be implementing an update to the SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED servers. As a result of this update, players will NO LONGER BE ABLE TO CHANGE THEIR EA ACCOUNT PASSWORD FROM WITHIN SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED.
If you do attempt to change your password from within the game you'll receive an error message stating that the new password is invalid. For PC players specifically, if they change their password outside of the game (through Origin, for example) they will not be able to log into Autolog, or in extreme cases will have to delete their save game files in order to connect to Autolog.
If you experience any issues with your password in SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED, please contact EA Customer Support.

Its saying that my VIP rewards are not available... I used this exact account on all 3 of the other games and it shows check marks by the list but it says its unavailable for download. I just bought this game and if it wasn't for the code I would take the game back. Just shutting down support for a game a year after its released is not acceptable but it is commonplace with an EA games production. If you're going to change a facet of logons you should probably do it right and not just speed implement something that can DESTROY a dedicated fanboy's progress. It makes me physically ill as I surf the EA "support site": It's not even programmed correctly and missing over HALF the images for the games it "supports"

So why don't you update the game as well then, so that people can enter the new password when trying to login to Autolog and the game detects that the saved password is wrong because it was changed outside of the game? I don't understand why you knowingly create such a big problem and then simply accept it like that.
To make it clear: It is acceptable if people can not change the EA account password from inside the game anymore (although I do not understand the reason for that either) but then people should be able to update the password that is stored in their savegame without losing all their game progress.
